Victor, or coach Vic, is a New York City native. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. On top of that he is a Performance Stretch System certified Stretch Therapist. Victor graduated from Macaulay Honors College at Queens College with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences. He has been part of the fitness industry for over six years and has helped hundreds of people lose weight and gain muscle. His experience started with internships under the Strength and Conditioning coach of Queens College and at a private gym in Long Island. Right after graduating, coach Vic started working at several gyms in the NYC and Long Island area. Something that makes coach Vic different from other trainers is his desire to learn. That is why he is excited to be part of a team like the one at SOHO Strength Lab. He looks forward to learning new material from his peers and applying it to help new members achieve their goals.
Coach Vic’s training philosophy and approach emphasize the importance of holistic health. No matter how hard you train in the weight room, the other components of your health will limit or accentuate your results. Coach Vic will use everything he has learned from his certifications and experience so far to help you maximize your results inside and outside of the gym. Even though the results won’t happen overnight, “a little progress each day adds up to big results”.
