Kelly was born and raised in Orange County, CA before moving to Phoenix, AZ to study Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University. After graduating in 2018, Kelly worked in education as a primary PE teacher, corporate wellness at Exos, and has been personal training as well.
When the pandemic hit, Kelly knew that fitness wasn’t her only passion and made the decision to go back to school and study health-supportive culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Kelly has always loved cooking and wanted to help others learn how to eat well in addition to moving well.
Kelly’s primary goal with her clients is to educate them on the importance of ingredient choice, finding simple ways to maintain a healthy diet and movement practice, and staying sane throughout. She is also not above indulging in sweet treats and celebrating. In fact, Kelly believes enjoying a meal and dessert with loved ones is in fact healthy! After all, Kelly was a pastry cook for the last year!
Kelly loves to coach strength training, hypertrophy, body composition, and mobility.
