Alec Tellez

Born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Alec grew up an athlete playing basketball through the first half of college and eventually graduated at Arizona State University with a BS in exercise and wellness. He fell in love with the weightroom as a basketball player and started training many athletes through a NBA agency internship in his final year in college. After graduating college Alec completed an internship at Soho Strength Lab, where he has continued to train a wide array of clients and also works as a strength and conditioning coach for the sports teams at New York University.
