Chris Parnell

Raised in White Plains New York, Chris grew up as a “chubby” kid. In high school Chris tried everything from football, track, and even golf to simply move and lose the weight he had. He would always draw portraits of himself on what he imagined himself to be, physically.


Chris comes to SoHo Strength Lab after a career in the music industry where he began to build his training resume through touring as the fitness professional on staff with a well-known hip-hop artist.
Chris bring energy, enthusiasm and results to his clients. He has a passion for making people look and feel great. Training clients that have lost up to 20lbs in 6 weeks or gained 5lbs of lean muscle in 8 week.


With a varied training background, including certifications in Kettlebell, ViPR and NASM CPT, Chris’s training focus ranges from weight loss to bodybuilding and strength training.
