Curtis Williams, NASM- PES, CPT

Owner of Training C.A.M.P. is a premier sports performance coach in New York City 
and nationwide. He was an active player in the NFL from 2005-2007, playing for the Baltimore Ravens, New York Giants, New York Jets.  Curtis has worked with a wide range of athletes as well as clientele simply looking to improve their health and fitness.  He’s created a signature workout called Training C.A.M.P. created based on the methodology of his training experience as a professional athlete which incorporates athletic based movements including plyometrics, agility, quickness drills along with core conditioning exercises.   Curtis has over 10 years in the sports performance/fitness field to add to his resume as a former NFL athlete and the first Director of Strength & Conditioning at New York University.
